The winner of Mission 3, two time winner Doctor Happybaboon PHD!!
50 years into the future, World War III has been raging on for 5 years, and the world is split in half. The allies; Europe, North America, & Oceania, fight for justice against Aglǽca; which consists of Asia, Africa, and South America, which fights for power of the whole world. Project Pelagic 2060 is a special mission led by an elite Allies corps, which searches through the seven seas for anything which can help the Allies effort to eliminate Aglǽca from the world. 99% of all oil in the world has been consumed by engines, so all vehicles and energy is powered by electricity, or, a new source of energy, a strange dark matter power. Unfortunately, Netherlands has been flooded and is now a land of floating barges. This is where Project Pelagic 2060's main base is. Another unfortunate thing: because of all the pollution that mankind has been putting into the oceans, many sea creatures have mutated and now a larger threat to all mankind under the waves, especially the Hygros (the people who live on the Netherlands barges).
Aglǽca is lead by a mysterious, dark figure. His face has never been seen, and whom his true identity is has been never found out. He is often times known as "Thodmin".
Project Pelagic 2060, sometimes written as PP2060, is lead by Captain Flar of the United States of North America. Other notable members are Colonel Masked, of United States of North America, and Professor Carl of Norway.
