Conflict II is a WWII era strategy gaming group.
NO modern mocs.
In the year 1916 Anno Subastrum, industrial production was continuing to rise, populations were greatly increasing, lifestyles were ever changing, and war was approaching. An assassination would light the powder-keg and pull the world into open conflict. Alliances formed dragged countries into war— a war that was well prepared for. These alliances would, however, seal the fate of some, and quickly doom others. The ‘Great War’ would begin with the horrors of the industrialization. Machines of gears and twisted metal propelled through open fields of blood and fire; vessels of colossal proportions cut through waves of every sea— as well as beneath it; and monstrosities of the red sky expelled poisonous chemicals and bombs onto the battlefields. Cities were devastated, environments obliterated, governments imploded on their corrupt selves, and the effects of anarchy from their once proud citizens would perhaps have the most lasting impact. No country would win— only survive, and most only temporary— as revolutions, revolts, and rebellions seemed to become a daily occurrence. A select few nations would weather the storm, either through their own actions or fate— and they would soon learn that whatever victory there could be would only come through open conflict— as it once did before.
This is the sequel to great group known as Conflict. It takes place in 1944, in a fiction world.
most of the world has fallen into exile after a world war over twenty years ago, it remains to be colonized.
