Since it looks like noone else is going to...

Leon's Rayquaza.
SUBJECT: 4/5 - Rayquaza has tons of details but a rather basic shape.
RESEMBLANCE: 6/10 - You got the basic shape right but you're missing lots of details; claws, red on the "fins" (no idea what else to calll them) and yellow on the head and tail. The head is also a bit big for the rest of his body.
FLOW: 7/10 - If only you could do something about those ball joint connections...
CREATIVITY: 2/5 - The head and arm section are the only places with any real techniques.
PRESENTATION: 3/5 - I HATE RENDERS! You included plenty of them and showed off all the parts of your Rayquaza but they still can't compare to actual pictures.
OTHER: Just wanted to say this would never be able to stand upright IRL.

Blitz's Deoxys-S.
SUBJECT: 2/5 - Second easiest Deoxys after -D to make IMO, it's thin but there aren't a lot of details to it.
RESEMBLANCE: 6/10 - Quite clearly Deoxys, looks more like -S than any other form, but the arms are a bit thick and the legs need work.
FLOW: 6/10 - the legs and minifig arms don't really seem to go with the rest of the build, I know the arms were for the bonus points but I feel there are better pieces for the job.
CREATIVITY: 3/5 - Nothing new but it's not just stacked bricks like some builds.
PRESENTATION: 4/5 - Most of the pictures are clear and show off Deoxys from many angles, but a better background and having Deoxys standing up in the pictures would be nice.
BONUS: 5/5 - You did stick minifig arms on it so you get these points.

Leon's Ho-Oh.
SUBJECT: 5/5 - So many colours, so many feathers, so many other small details, something including all of these would be amazing regardless of scale.
RESEMBLANCE: 6/10 You got the colours (thanks to LDD >_>), you got some feather sorta things on, and you got some details, but the head is oversized and the legs are too fat.
FLOW: 4/10 - The wings and head are about the only things that flow well, the body is too blocky and the neck has that weird right angle in it.
CREATIVITY: 2/5 - Nice work with the beak and tail, but too much of it is just stacked bricks and basic connections.
PRESENTATION: 3/5 - RENDERS! see Rayquaza for full rant.
OTHER: Another MOC that would never work IRL...

Leon's Suicune.
SUBJECT: 4/5 - Suicune so flowy...
RESEMBLANCE: 8/10 - Could be more flowy, but other than that (and the legs, more on them later) this is perfect...FOR A SHINY SUICUNE! I'm not sure why you made it shiny, or even if you tried to but that's what it looks like. Now then, about those legs... they're way too blocky, the head is perfect, the body is nice, but I just hate those legs.
FLOW: 7/10 - Until you get to the legs it flows very nicely.
CREATIVITY: 3/5 - Stacked bricks with some SNOT, but I love how you did the head so you get points for that.
PRESENTATION: 3/5 - I'm getting sick of saying it, just look up.

Cody's Lugia.
SUBJECT: 3/5 - Lugia is rather basic, but the head and curves would be a challenge.
RESEMBLANCE: 8/10 - It's certainly not perfect, the legs could be better, the body is a bit wide at the top and bottom, but it looks like Lugia.
FLOW: 7/10 - Other than the small legs and the neck-body connection it flows very well.
CREATIVITY: 3/5 - Some nice SNOT work but I didn't see any new techniques.
PRESENTATION: 5/5 - There's even an overhead shot of it flying.
BONUS: 5/5 - Are those exo-force robot arms I see? 5 points to Cody G.

Congrats Cody G.

Whoo! Thanks for judging. It's the bonus points that always save me. :)
