Here is the official list of categories for the 2010 MOCie Awards!

I will be setting up individual threads for EACH category. Your job is to find 2 to 4 nominees for each category and post them in ONE comment in the appropriate category thread.

If this doesn’t make sense, then just wait a few minutes until you see how other people are doing it. If it STILL doesn’t make sense, then you can ask in the question thread.

The final date for nominations will be April 29th (same as last year). If you MUST make changes (please don’t) to your nominations, do NOT do a separate comment. EDIT YOUR ORIGINAL COMMENT PLEASE.

There will be NO SPAM ALLOWED in the official threads. If you’d like to talk about a nomination, please reply to it in the “spam” thread (that I will be making here in a few minutes). Anything that is not a nomination in a nomination thread will be deleted.

If you have questions about the categories themselves, you can ask them here.
Now then, on with the show!

Best Space/Sci-Fi (Including star wars, HALO, Atlantis, black fantasy, and Steampunk and so on.)

Best Castle (Including Pirates, Fantasy and so on.)

Best Town/City (Including "real" vehicles, trains and anything else that goes with "towns.")

Best Microscale (For the sake of argument, yes this includes Nanoscale)

Best Macroscale (Or "Thinking outside the brick" as discussed earlier)

Best Miscellaneous (Anything that doesn't "fit" in the other categories)

Best Ongoing Theme

Funniest MOC

Best Story

Best New Guy/Girl

MOCcer of the year - AFOL/TFOL/YFOL

MOC of the Year

We, the staff, reserve the right to update and modify these to make them more clear if needed. But these are the basic categories.

Sorry for sounding prude, but what exactly qualifies for macroscale?

And what about pico slace? I've build a whole town in it!

Check it out! It's so small you can't see it by the naked browser... khmkhm, eye.
