There seemed to be some interest in a few recent photos mixing scales.

It's really not all that complicated. Step one, make your cockpit darned close to the shape of the windscreen on your ship. Note the white flat surface ahead of the clear cheese slopes. There's a similar dashboard on the cockpit build. Place your ship and cockpit at the exact same angle toward your light source as desired. In this case a window with a shade. Orient your camera in the exact same way while taking each picture, in parallel. It's the same as preparing a bridge in dentistry, but I digress... On the computer, scale the bridge to fit the windscreen. Erase around the margins, but not past the boarders inside the glass. Once the bridge is framed, change your eraser to about 25% opacity. Erase until it looks the way you want it. Then apply to your background. Badda bing!
