Aight kids, Awe is all up in this house:

-No more prototype time. This is building the MOC itself, it doesn't make sense to have the finished thing just sitting there if you're still working on the prototype in game.
-Re-tooling time now takes one week to complete. Seven days, y'all. Then you go into full production.
-Rate of production will be upped by two. So basically, this is now our reality:

Quoting Tom Neumo
Final aircraft production schemes:

5th gen:

PCU, Baltic Union, China, Japan, Russia: 10 per week.

Brazil, France, Great Britain, Evan's nation: 8 per week.

Other people with decent economies: 6 per week

Everyone else: 4 per week.

4th gen:

multiply 5th gen numbers by 1.5

everything is doubled for duration of war.

Also, we'll be keeping the Naval construction timetable:

Quoting Tom Neumo
Naval Construction Timetable:

1 Week:
- patrol Boat
- minelayer
- minesweeper
- lander/LCAC

2 Weeks:
- missile boat
- torpedo boat

3 Weeks:
- frigate
- small non-nuclear submarine

4 Weeks:
- destroyer
- nuclear attack sub

5 Weeks:
- cruiser
- nuclear ballistic missile sub
- amphibious transport dock

6 Weeks:
- small carrier
- amphibious assault ship

7 Weeks:
- supercarrier

I don't think we need to talk about ground craft. So we've got a one week delay for re-tooling in ground craft and air craft areas. Plane values have been to allow for more dynamic action. Otherwise, carry on.

Friendly reminder: All spaceborne weaponry is banned, unless it's satellite self-defense.

I'm nipping this in the bud before it goes further than Ham/Nick.

REGARDING DEFENSE PLANS: If you have one you want to be implemented when attacked, send it to someone you can trust. They'll keep it around. PUT THEIR NAME IN YOUR STATISTICS POST. That way, when a CM goes to look at stats, they'll know who has your defense plan, and can ask for it in case of a surprise attack. If you didn't put their name in your statistics post, or if you never gave it to anyone, that's your own problem, not the CMs.

Please discuss in the ICF, I want your opinions on this one.

Unfortunately, due to their surpassing of the 1-month unannounced absence maximum limit, Brickviller has been removed from the group as the player of Turkmenistan & Uzbekistan along with Luke M, the player of Ireland.

*Addenda. It appears as though Brickviller has left of his own. I didn't see that when it happened or I would have announced it sooner.

To passers-by: This group will soon be falling of the charts of activity, all the land is taken, everyone's off at the new group on Flickr:

Don't bother trying to join, the show's over.
