We are in danger here of setting a dangerous precedent, aside from all other considerations, that I'm not sure we've bothered to consider. It is and should always remain the people's choice, but not in this manner. No, I wouldn't support a perma-ban on Ham either, he's done enough to destroy himself. The people's choice has spoken for him.
This is a wholly ridiculous affair, and I'm frankly shocked it's come this far. It is a black mark on everyone that this has actually become a serious spectacle. I protest, most vigorously as ever, this vote in its entirety and spirit. I am no longer careful to choose my words, this is my firm conviction in the matter.
However, because it has come this far, shamefully, and if I do not then my voice will not be heard; I vote nay. Permalink
I should pass because this is absurd, but I have to vote a solid "No." However, to prevent this madness from occurring again, simply put, don't put Henry in a situation involving Awe or Nick again. Can we please move on with our lives? Permalink
This is more of an honorary measure, if you can call it that. Henry won't be combat modding in this group, I think, and Tom has no power in the next one, we think, so this doesn't actually have real consequences.
It's closure on justice for what Nick, player-Awe, and maybe a few others see as a wrong-doing.
Meanwhile, admin-Awe is surprised it got this far as well.
No, this is just defamation of my character. There have been 0 facts other than biased testimony taken out of context. When there is actually any shreds of evidence that show me telling people about enemy plans or me telling others that I intend to be biased, than you guys can vote yes. Otherwise, circumstantial evidence does not stand up in court, but facts do, and I have provided solid facts which disprove the theory that I intentionally made sure Awe could never fight in America, disproved that I was biased, and I explained how Danny could have the misconception that I "helped" him.
