Alright, now I've heard lots of comments about the last group not being very realistic. If we want this one not to run away like the last one did, we need to set some additional ground rules.

Naval Construction Timetable:

1 Week:
- patrol Boat
- minelayer
- minesweeper
- U-boat/submarine
- frigate
- small submarine
- landing craft personnel (max capacity: 36)

2 Weeks:
- destroyer
- heavy/carrier sub (I-14, I-201)
- landing craft personnel (large, max capacity 500)
- escort carrier (max capacity 20 planes)

3 Weeks:
- cruiser
- battle cruiser
- battleship
- fleet carrier

WWII aircraft were remarkably less sophisticated than modern aircraft and their production was more like cars. So, this is what I think.

-Single-engined aircraft of all types (including twin-engined fighters)

-Twin-engined aircraft of all types, bomber and above

-Jets, when allowed

-Heavy bombers

-trucks, scout cars, jeeps, & other logistics vehicles (if we want to keep track of this sort of thing)

50/ week:
-light tanks, half-tracks

-medium tanks

-heavy tanks

Furthermore, unless there is a different decision made, there exists a moratorium on jets until April. No combat orders with jets used before that will be honored, action may be taken against those members who insist upon producing them anyhow.

We're going to learn how to crawl before we can walk.

Attention everyone, these here are the new production scales/rules/caps. As of the time of their posting, they are non-negotiable unless a majority of the mods/admins believe that they need to be changed.

-Get 100 of your weakest, again, WEAKEST tanks, 100,000 men max. No ships, no planes.
-Bonus expires after 4 NPCs are integrated.
-Production adds up for NPCs. However, the MAXIMUM amount of production power any one member can have is only 2x what they have now. You must have 4 nations in order to have 2x the production, not just 3. One of these days, the NPCs will all be added on to the map so we know for sure.

-Maximum of 18 battleships, 6 carriers, 50 cruisers, 120 destroyers, 150 lesser vessels, 40 submarines.
-Sufficient aircraft to equip carriers...
-Up to 50% of the aircraft on the carriers can be jets.

Army (Caps):
-Max of 3000 tanks peacetime 5000 wartime (if somehow production outpaces losses).
-8,000 half-tracks of all types
-7,000 armored cars
-10,000 jeeps & support vehicles (not counting trucks. If trucks are armed, they're support vehicles)
-Production x/week scales may now be applied to each vehicle in each category now that there are caps in place.

Air force (Caps):
-1,200 prop fighters of all kinds
-200 conventional strategic/medium bombers
-250 jet fighters
-100 jet strategic bombers
-100 jet light/medium bombers
-140 jet scout/dive bombers

-2 airship carriers (max of 10 aircraft each, light fighters/dive bombers)
-1/week production rate, max of 10 bombing airships

-200 mile range limit (same as V-2)
-Can't be used with any real chance of success against ships or other moving targets (realistic)
-Not very accurate overall, only suitable for large targets
-Payload effectiveness of 2,200 lbs maximum
-Maximum number of missiles ~200 at any one time

Also, about prototypes and specs.
-Prototype designs may be used as imagination desires.
-The specs of those aircraft may not exceed that of similar aircraft used in actual combat.
-Prototypes with no comparison may be assigned reasonable specifications within the realm of reason. If they are a prop, not more than 40 mph over an equivalent. For jets, not more than 100 mph more than a comparable class. I.e. a jet torpedo bomber may not exceed the speed of a prop torpedo bomber by more than 100 mph.

In that case, a plane may not exceed the top speed for its category of the fastest aircraft that was used in combat. As always, nothing we say about our stuff matters, it's all up to the CM to decide. So, if you say your prop can break the speed of sound, while I say mine only can go 200 mph, the CM might still choose mine because it's built better. By the way, you can't exceed the speed of sound, just saying.
