Christmas Celebration

I have found something very shocking about our holiday Christmas. The many traditions we celebrate in it are Pagan and are considered idolatry. Now that is something against God's laws: The Ten Commandments. If you search the web on the Pagan origins of Christmas, you will find shocking answers. Gluttonous drinking, eating, gift-giving, mistletoe, a fir tree, and other things we do during Christmas were practiced by the Pagans. When they transferred them to Christianity, these things were practices on Christmas. And December 25th isn't even the true birth of the Lord Jesus Christ. And I don't like how "Santa Clause" has taken over the true meaning of Christmas. He is based on St. Nicholos who happened to not be a fat guy. Remember to keep Christ in your celebration. I am turning away from this Pagan version of Christmas. It's truly about the birth of Jesus Christ, the savior of mankind. Forget about the presents, how is that good? That turns people greedy, which happens to be a sin. I hope you choose to do the right thing. Repent, and trust in the Lord, Jesus Christ!

Please. It may have Pagan roots but it isn't evil. You can practice Christmas and be perfectly godly. If you ARE Christian you know the real meaning. If you aren't, then you don't care anyway. Just calm down and don't leap without looking. Just because we recieve gifts from our loved ones doesn't mean we're going to turn into greedy misers.

In a way, I presume it is. Although, these were also practiced in Paganism, it may be ok.
