I think we all know that a big part of making a comic is editing the pictures. What programs do you use?
I use Paint (not often)
Photoshop
Comic Life 2

Gimp is a good one, and I use inDesign for my full page comics.

Every single bit of photo editing in my U.R.S. vs F.I.S. Series was done on Paint. (With a few bits of Microsoft Word thrown in.)
Simply because I don't have anything better! Haha.

I use Gimp for my pictures, I think it is really helpful once you get to know how everything works.

That's my favorite program to use, it's free and works nicely and easily. I don't typically do much editting, just adjusting the white balance and colors a bit.

I use Gimp for my comic. I started a group about photo editing a few years ago. Lots of info and several tutorials. http://www.mocpages.com/group.php/13655
