Every single bit of photo editing in my U.R.S. vs F.I.S. Series was done on Paint. (With a few bits of Microsoft Word thrown in.)
Simply because I don't have anything better! Haha.

That's my favorite program to use, it's free and works nicely and easily. I don't typically do much editting, just adjusting the white balance and colors a bit.
