While you wait for the scores...

Here are a few interesting statistics that I compiled.

The fastest entry was built in 4 days.

84% of the 32 entries were uploaded within the last 5 days of the round.

The most popular entry was by Oliver Becker, which amassed a total of 61 likes. Thatís mainly because it was the first entry, but still a great build.

No perfect scores this timeÖ *sigh*

Four entries received a 10/10 from at least one judge, but they werenít all in the top four.

The fastest judge to score all the entries was Ninja.

The strictest judge was Elio who awarded an average of 5.91 points per player.

On the other end of the spectrum, I was the most lenient judge and I awarded an average of 6.72 points per player.

Itís pretty clear we had no chemistry whatsoever! There were no entries in which all six judges gave the same score, and there was an entry in which one judge gave a 4 and one gave an 8.

There were two ghost entries that just appeared, so we need to score those. Since our tiebreaker judge hasn't been active lately, if there are any tied entries they will be ranked alphabetically until he comes to break the ties.

So do you still plan to have them out later today?

I assure you that they will be up before midnight tonight (MP time). When exactly depends on when the ghost entries are scored.

One more fun fact:
1 contestant commented on all the entries so far, me. If you did not receive a commented from me, check your Flickr (I go by "Sir Merek" there), I commented on several builds there instead of here. Enjoy the compliments and constructive criticism.

City Creator, thanks for the other fun facts, they were interesting.

You're not a contestant, but I certainly admire the work you put into commenting. It's not any judge who really cares enough about their contestants to tell them so, or to tell them what they could do better.

Interesting, thanks for the stats. However, there is a slight error: the fastest build was most likely mine, as I built it in the three or so hours before the deadline. I procrastinate waaaaay too much.

I think he meant the first one to be posted. LOL, I scrapped mine together in about 10-15 minutes

Oh, that makes more sense. And now I don't feel so bad about procrastinating until 3 hours before the deadline.

Our two finalists were R2 seed number 5 and 7. In a perfect world, it would be 1 and 2, but Lego contests are unpredictable.
