Well, I basically just got half grounded and only have 30 minutes a say of computer time each day, hardly enough time to add an episode of Island Locked, and most other creations. But, I convinced mom that doing graphic design doesn't count as computer time, sense it's semi-productive. Well, that means I can make stuff like this- and then just post the MOC in like 10 mins. Only problem is, I can't find what program it is. Tell me if you know anything, Thanks.

ps, Adobe is sadly not an option for me so please don't suggest that one

If you would like to do comics quickly, try ComicLife. Google it. It's not free (there is a free trial) and it's relatively cheap. It's what Dennis Price [] uses. Also, if you really want to make this thing into a comic, legitimately, you could use ComicFury:, which automatically gives you the a href code if you enable permalinks. Hope this helps.

MS paint works pretty well once you get used to it.
