So here's where I explain details about ArcheoGenis tech.

Biomechanical Parts

Basically all biomechanical parts of Archeogenis' mechs are cloned from the same type of stem cells.
These were found deep in the Brain Core of the original Ancient war machines from which it all started.

Stem Cells-
These can mutate in either Structure or Core cells.

Structure Cells-
Extremely durable, they have a "nervous" and a "circulatory" system and they can regenerate damage as long as there are stem cells in the circulatory system.
The exact mode of interlocking and motion system has been recently cracked.
When they're left without stem cell flow for too long, they die, and can't be used anymore except to be compressed into Bionite.

Core Cells-
In their crystalline form they work as BOTH a power generator and a CPU/memory bank, incredibly suited for A.I.
If damaged beyond repair, they die, becoming useless but not exploding.

Compresssed dead Structure Cells. Incredibly sturdy, but with no regeneration features.

Motion Gel-
This substance is secreted from the joints of Structure Cells body parts. They work almost like a gecko's palms, adhering on one another with an uncanny grip, but still being able to slide quickliy on nano-peduncules, thus allowing movement.
The strength and speed of the movements are determined by the Brain-Core's output.

Biomechs have a life cycle that can range from 25 years for mass-prod or older models to 75 years for elite or new models, to over 100 years for the most recent elite mechas.
Even if they are battle ready in a few days after assemply, they don't reach full maturity before a year, and thy achieve their peak performance at about 1/4 of their life span.
They keep that until the last 10 years of life or so, then they begin to slow down, become weaker and eventually die.
After death their bodies are recycled as Bionite and the nervous system returns in the spawning pools.

Biomechanical devices

Power Plates-
Simple bulletproof crystal imbued with Core Cells.
When powered, it multiplies its protection and in the meantime works as a shield emitter.
They can't be used to make windscreens, though. They get really hot and you can't see through tham when powered.
EDIT - The newer models equip Power Plates as windscreens. The heat issue was resolved, but pilots still can't see through them when powered up.

Psi Array-
It's a Core Cell powered interface wich allows telepathic piloting.
A Psi-op can use his powers to generate a defensive field and to boost the machine/vehicle's performance, as well as to draw poer fom the machine to boost his own psi abilities.

MALE Array- (Mysterion Arc Lightning Emiter)
One of the first technologies "stolen" from Mysterions thanks to UMRC, it marks different targets at a time, ionizing them. A monstrous energy discharge then disposes of all marked targets simultaneously.

EAP Evolved Artificial Personality -
The next step of AI. A machine with a working EAP develops creative thought patterns and actual personality traits. The machines with EAP can be considered alive at all effects.

Stream Gun/Stream Cannon
Powerful energy weapon drawing power directly from a separate Core. Exceptional in terms of range and penetration.

Perception Drive-
A biomechanical device based on quantum physics.
Exploiting the principle that the state of the universe is determined upon observation, as soon as EVERY passenger on board percieves to be at the selected destination, the ship is there.
Teams of psychis are employed to enfoce the same viewpoint on the crew, through a Psi-Array.
Also, The Perception Drive performs other 2 functions:
1-Gravity. This is easy because all passengers already share a preconception about what's "up" and what's "down"
2- Defense. As long as ALL passengers think the ship is undamaged, no damage is taken. Of course, after a few shots give it a good shake, the Psychics can't enforce this viewpoint anymore, and the ship returns normally vulnerable.
This device is hundreds of meters long and it can't obviously be equipped on small ships or mechs.

Simplified and smaller version of a Perception Drive.
It can be used to achieve a few instants of invulnerability or short range teleportation, when the minds of ALL crew with no exceptions are synchronized on that task.

MTA (Mysterion Thrust Array)-
Under study.
It's supposed to give a vehicle/mech a sudden forward boost and a great increase to forward defense and attack penetration.

Synthuman -
Synthumans are biomechanical androids obtained cultivating Structure Cells and human tissue.
They are extremely intelligent and trustworthy.
While not as strong or apt at fighting as other lines of androids, they are more reliable and in recorded history they never malfunctioned.

Aura Weapons -
These weapons are ring-shaped and can hit anything within their range witout mechanical aiming.
Thay can also shoot 360 or spherical bursts, hitting anything within range but the ship carrying them.
Moreover, they can power up or down any energy attack passing through the ring.

Enthropic Engine -
As you know, a graet deal of the universe's energy is wasted in useless background radiation and dispersed heat.
ArcheoGenis created a relative-negativity field that actually draws this "lost" energy from space to feed its ships' Brain Cores.
This makes newly-designed AG ships almost self-sufficient (they still need minerals and water for the cloning pits).
At the current state, the Enthropic Enginr occupies so much space that it's impractical for warships (the JCSSD is not a warship).

Hyper stem cells
Radiation manipulated stem cells to improve standart abilities and increase cloning process
STATUS: failed; all prototypes injected in a Mysterion object, which adapted them into own systems.

(sorry, but just want to complete :) )
