A great MOC for a great cause, Dave! Looks like everyone's making creations for charity nowadays...

That is really amazing! Not only giving up a lot of good pieces (bye, bye massive collection of cheese slopes :P) but for charity too! The winning MO creation should sell for a good amount!

Quoting Dave Sterling
Okay, so I promised a special MOCOlympics related announcement and I was able to get information back way quicker than I thought so here is is...

My final round 'Rainbow Brite' MOC from the 2009 MOCOlympics will be auctioned starting this Friday by Nannan Zhang's Creations for Charity.

Creations for Charity is a unique idea that lets LEGO fans use their building creativity to help a charity organization. Through a coordinated system, builders can sell their original creations on the web via Bricklink, where funds will go towards buying LEGO sets for underprivileged children.

Starting Friday, November 20th you will be able to bid on my MOC (which can be seen here: Everything shown in the pictures will be included...including the Pirate Sail that was used as a cape. :-)

Place you bids here:

Good luck and remember...this is for charity!

How noble... how very noble...
