Content moderation

All of the major content areas on MOCpages are moderated: LEGO creations and photos LEGO creations are the heart of MOCpages. They are moderated in a few ways: New people If you're new to MOCpages, all of your LEGO creations and photos are kept invisible until a moderator approves them. This prevents malicious people from adding adult content, promotinal junk, or other inappropriate things. Kid-safe content Moderators can hide a certain LEGO creation and its photos if they feel it might not be appropriate for young children. Read more about safe browsing mode and what your options are. Bad stuff Moderators delete LEGO creations and photos that are off-topic, inappropriate, racist, vulgar, or are otherwise unwelcome in our happy community. Comments and conversation On LEGO creations Every LEGO creation can have comments beneath it. Rude, bullying, vulgar, and inappropriate comments are programatically deleted before anyone sees them. Questionable ones are queued for manual moderation. When you add a LEGO creation you can disable the comments entirely. In groups Every group has a self-assigned set of admins and moderators who can remove inappropriate comments and ban problematic users Rude, bullying, vulgar, and inappropriate comments are programatically deleted before anyone sees them. Questionable ones are queued and sent to the group's admins and moderators for review. Keeping trouble out Our help forum is a great place to report problematic users or content you may feel is inappropriate. In addition to the automated and manually moderated methods mentioned above, MOCpages admins delete the accounts of problematic people entirely.
