Stealing the Enterprise
Admiral Kirk stealing the Enterprise with the Excelsior in pursuit.
About this creation

A scene from Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
The Enterprise and Excelsior are in scale with each other, but the Spacedock is not. A Spacedock in scale with the ships would require a MOC 6.79 meters (22.3 feet) in diameter, and 9.83 meters (32.2 feet) tall!

Enterprise Model inspired by Maskatron (a.k.a. Corey Sanders)
Glowing brinks created by work by Tore Eriksson
Decals created by Scott Wardlaw's Lego CAD Sticker Generator.
Rendered in POVRay

It's one of my favorite scenes in the movie. How you have a yellow alert in Space Dock? Someone is stealing the Enterprise.

I always loved this scene from Star Trek 3, when the Excelsior stalls. Great job on the models.

Wow! Those starships Enterprise and Excelsior are fantastic. Do you have any instructions for them? If you do, will you please let me know?
