Felucia skirmish
Firefight in the fungal jungle.
About this creation
Deep in the fungal jungle on the planet of Felucia Commander Bly leads his platoon on patrol. Despite the cool, dark calm of the jungle the platoon is not alone. Not far away a droid patrol is on collision course.

Deep in the fungal undergrowth Commander Bly leads his troopers.

Unable to see more that ten meters in any direction the troopers are cautious.

Somewhere in the distance a noise disturbs the wildlife and alerts Bly.

Two droid STAPs speed over the undergrowth.

Quickly the droids change direction, alerted by their sensors to life forms.

All of a sudden battle droids break through the forest and open up their blasters upon the Republic troopers.

Bly and his troops take up fire support position and start to get the better of these mechanised soldiers.

But heavily armoured Super battle droids smash through the lines and start to over run the troopers. For Bly and his troopers this is a desperate fight.

Through the jungle General Obi-Wan Kenobi comes to the rescue of his officer and troopers.

Leaping strait into the fight Obi-wan wields his light saber to quickly bring an end to the battle droids.

The general commends Blys actions while troopers check the injured and call for medic-vac.

I have seen a few other MOCs of Felucia and these were the inspiration for this diorama. I am quite happy with this so look out for more action on Felucia.

I loved the fungus jungle more than any of it. So many have tried to recreate Felucia's jungle, and none compare to yours. Good work!

It's tootttalllyy VERY GOOD!!!! The only reason I rated it very good instead of excellent, is because I didn't know why you put a brown pyramid in the background. Oh yeah. You know that you are getting all the comments that Obi-wan never went to Felucia? Well, he did in the new clone wars series. But never with Bly. So other than the brown's one of the best custom lego Felucia sets, except for mine. (in my opinion).

Very nice. Good use of troops and a very nice advancing line of Republic Troops. TO OTHERS: If you look at his whole Gallery, he has an Ayla Secura, he just doesnt have her in these paticular scenes. Thats all:]

I like this diorama a lot but I see two somewhat significant problems. the first is that those guns look very non lego and detract somewhat from the seen. the next one is that obi-wan wasnt on felucia. aayla secura was. that would be a difficult custom,so have a scout walker or swamp speeder rescue them instead. good job on felucia.

The setting is fantastic, with the bright, vibrant, but rather strange colors. And the battle sequence is fun. Excellent work. Check out my site, if ever you get the chance.
