Junkers 52 aka "Tante Ju" -Or "Iron Annie" in english.
About this creation
The photos lacks light. Will try to make some better ones.
("Better" ones now added...)
The "CH+51" is fictious, as I couldn't find a way of writing "CN+4V" well enough.
(-Maybe I will do another version with snow-camouflage and decals...)
The wings have the correct upward angle, and the wing motors are also correctly angled outwards. (Difficult to see on the photos, although I tried to capture it)
Other than that, the model featuers the same style "sandwich" wing construction and tail construction as used in my Me110, although both techniques refined a little further.
I just looked over Your WWII stuff and its all amazing...only think i dont understand is why you have so few comments..and raitings...your stuff should be all MOC of the day...keep up the good work.. :))))
Thank you for your comments.
I thought nobody would ever ask... ;-)
Anyway, I've posted the explanation already; The trick is to apply around 10 strips of adhesive paper/decals on top of each other -on each side of the plane, and just let the articulated wing press against it. I let the wings have 1/2 plate of free room in the height, but I doubt it is necessary; The fit of the angled wing is tight and perfect.
(Difficult to explain, so just watch the pictures).
