This is my first attempt at a lego creation in over five years. I've never actually made anything quite like this, but I felt inspired by all the MOC's I've been seeing over the year. Seems pretty decent for my complete lack of t-pieces, but I'm stuck on how to make the waist and legs.
About this creation
Much more attractive and matador-like compared to the previously frumpy sort of appearance. I'm really digging the hard angular look.
The booster pack is much more complex and defined now. Notice the dual flagpole backbone; too bad it leaves the abdomen and waist inflexible, though.
A much more attractive and stable abdomen with a waist capable of facilitating legs, if I ever figure out how to do it.
Pretty decent though simple arms--pretty good for the lack of t-pieces.
The first evolution's abdomen and booster pack kind of sucked at this point, and it didn't even have the beginnings of a waist to facilitate the addition of legs.
It's slow-going, and I'll probably have to spring for some t-pieces (which I desperately need anyway) to finish it.
Thanks for the comments and rating! I hope to be fully engaged in MOC's as a part of my chiptune project by the Summer.
