This is my second model of the Pitsco Brutus Robotic Arm. It dosn't really look like it, but it does everything that the real thing does, and more. It has 10 motors, 1 RCX with an AC adapter, 1 speed regulator, 7 pneumatic cylinders, 4 motorized pumps, 2 pole reversers, and a pressure switch. The pressure switch makes it so you don't have to pump the pneumatics by hand and it senses when the pressures low, (like when you flip a valve) and turns on the motorized pneumatic pump and does all the work for you. This roobotic arm is so much stonger than the other one, in the first one, the wrist turning, it would fall of alot witch was a problem in the battle I put it in. This one, I tried and CAN'T GET it to fall of. This MOC took me 2 days(!) to make. My older brother was coming down from Washington for Christmas and I wanted to have something cool built for when he gets here, and thats why I built it so fast.
Its always hard to tear a good creation down, this one was so hard, I didn't;-)
What it does compared to the real one.
More pictures coming as soon as Brickshelf validates them.
I could make the claw width bigger, but it dosn't really matter because nothing I've wanted to pick up was to big!
