The Honda NSX (branded as the Acura NSX in North America and Hong Kong) was a sports car produced between 1990 and 2005 by the Japanese automaker Honda. It used a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive layout and was powered by an all-aluminum V6 gasoline engine featuring Honda's "variable valve timing and lift electronic control" (VTEC) system.
That's it the description for a Honda NSX, on of the most legendary sports car in Japan history. There are four best sports car during the 90'an which is The Mitsubishi 3000GT, Nissan Skyline R34 GTR, Toyota Supra and off course this NSX. Well, This car is slightly tuned. The C32B engine is modified with dropping a turbo and intercooler to boost some horsepower. With this modification the horsepower is being increase to a staggering 400hp. The boot section is chopped, and connected to the engine room, for a better cooling. Okay, some of you may feel why it is a NSX LN20? Yes, it is named after the current challenge we have on LUGNUT. It is LugNut 20th challenge. Get it? Okay, what is the fire and what is the ice element?
Red paint job, engine - Fire
White interior, blue engine paint job - Ice
A jaw dropping model, one of the few Honda/Acura lego models built on scale, not to mention the NSX being probably Honda's most aggresive cars. I think from what I read from the comments below, the front does look a tad bit off, but I dont blame you since it was probably hard to capture the shape while adding in the features such as the headlights and hoodvents (absoltely LOVE the flip ups). Model is absoltely spot on though, the back is flawless and the front still shows a mean look to me, probably my favorite MOC from you =P
Candy red is my favourite color. Black wheels and several black parts makes it definately look like a Street racing machine. I can't wait to see some more. I think I'm gonna build a Nissan, Honda or Toyota Gran Turismo to.
I'm totally inpired again.
Absolutely beautiful interior. I don't believe I've ever seen a Honda NSX, so I wouldn't know if the shape was off. But its still extremely detailed and curvy. Curvy is one of the hardest things to do in lego, thats why I build rods:) Great job ~tterbo~
Excellent work my friend, specially on the rear section, including the engine, and of course great work on the interior too... the rear view looks so realistic, I'm not sure for the same about the front though... still a fantastic car packed with great details and features... keep it up pal and can't wait for more from you >>> peace.. Firas :)
that's excellent !
There's something about 90's japanese cars I rerally like; and the NSX is definately one of my favourites from that category !
Great work; it looks amazing ! The interior, exterior, light design , engine - everything ! I love it !
You seem to have a very similar building style to firas abu-jaber, in my opinion.
I've been working on the wheels for my 1/3 lamborghini; and finally come up with a good mock-up design (which won't be posted online, i'll wait til all 4 wheels are 'properly' done); once I order the bits I'll take photos - that'll keep everybody happy; and hopefully stop the comments on the wheels looking small [because they're not yet finished...]
