Baseball Field
About this creation
If anyone was ever wondering how big a true full size minifig scale baseball field would look, this would be about how big it would be. Now my task is to build the stadium around it...

As you can see, it would take many, many legos to make a full size minifig scale ballpark.

In comparison, take a look at my micro scale stadium I made for the contest, it has 1 stud for every seat, and I've been able to make it to scale very well, as I've estimated that 1 stud is just about 2 feet in real terms.

It's not as deep as you think. Normally the perspective you get of the outfield makes it look smaller than it really is. -Todd

Yeah, I guess you're right about the fence being part of stadium construction. This does, however, seem like a huge field. What are the dimensions? It seems like center field is like 500 feet, but then again, the field where my actual baseball team plays there home games is 350 feet in dead center, and this is kind of what it looks like from above on a map, so technically, I just wrote a really long comment to correct myself. Again, like in my other comment, this is an awesome interpretation. Since you like baseball so much, you should check out some of my stadiums and other baseball stuff. GO RAYS!

It doesn't have a fence because it is just the field. That would be a part of my stadium construction. I'm just showing how large the field would have to be to get minifig scale. -Todd

Good, but shouldn't there be a fence?
