Imperial Troop Transporter
Patrolling downtown Mos Eisley
About this creation
The Imperial troop transporter is perfect for urban patrol, with its good visibility and quick and easy dismounting of troops. It is armed with a rotating double laser cannon. Although this is light armament it is augmented by the troopers weapons which can be fired from the side armoured holds. The TT is equipped with long range communicators, so it can be used in a recon role.
Here we see the TT been used by Drax squad to search downtown Mos Eisley for missing droids. The TT has a prisoner chamber in the rear and Jawas are taken for interrogation.

Storm troopers in the side holds have good visibility.

The officer uses the top hatch to get a better look around.

The double laser cannons and communications equipment are stationed on the top of the vehicle.

Storm troopers are dispatched quickly to apprehend suspects.

One trooper stands guard as the officer leads the search.

The pilot also keeps an eye on the locals.

Jawas are lead into the holding cells.

Interrogation is lead by the officer and information is gathered and acted upon.

Off to the next stage in the search. Each squad is desperate to bring Vader his quarry and win his favour, so speed is of the essence.

Inspired by the 1970's Kenner toy.

I remember seeing this a while ago, but just now found it again! Great job on this. Takes me back to 1977! I also stole your idea for Hammerhead, which in itself is excellent!

Okay let us see. First off, it dosn't hover and I am under the impression that it's a repulsor craft. Second, I'll tell you what I told Harald, it's to small. Third, the MOC seems rather messy with how you can see the stormtroopers lower bodies ect. The backgrounds, however are totally cool and really add to the apeal of this MOC. Also, as usual sweet custom blasters.

I like the fact that it resembles a SWAT team SUV. Good scenes and I like how the troops hang off the side.
