Quoting Zane aka skip2mylu so far im building what i can make out from pictures alone, only thing i need to do is modifie the axles a little bit to gear them down more. plan to use the basic chassis and suspension linkage for a trial type truck, ill post pictures later on my page. thank you for the wounderful componants.!!!
instead of modifying the axles and adding more gears to them, it would be better to simply make a gearbox with a lower final drive ratio. or if you insist on modifying the axles, use an old style differential driven with a worm gear. it will be slow, but will have maximum torque. then if you wanted it to be faster, you would just increase the final drive ratio in the gearbox. (gearbox just describing the gears that transmit power to the wheels, not necessarily with a shifter like in my cars)

This is really cool. But the only thing is, I mean its nothing bad, but I just don't have all of those parts.

no worries, that's why I have the simple 4WD chassis, that is made mostly out of parts from the offroader. the only part you can't make with the offroader is the gearbox. so if you want to make a gearbox you will need one more driving ring and maybe some of those dark gray gears.

Oh! it's very complicated for a non-Technic builder like me, great techniques.

Quoting Ben Schevers Very nice looking chassis. How are you able to build so fast? Do you have all your parts sorted?
this is just a re post of my jeep chassis for my group "tech support," so its not a new MOC.
