i am now 100% happy with my Blackout MOC. it took me three tries but i can now officially say that i'm happy with it. i did a boatload of improvements on him. so i hope you like the final version. i will hopefully build a bumblebee MOC some day but not for a while. Please rate and comment!
About this creation
close up of the improved chest. i built it out more and added windows.
close up of his improved head. i added more spikes and i think it turned out really well.
close up of his arm. i improved his arms as well. i added more plating and the machine gun he uses in the movie. oh and i also moved his arm so i could take a better picture than last time.
close up of the inside of his leg. i added a bit more armour on the back of his legs but not much.
another shot of his legs.
his back. i want to thank Anth-ony for finding the awesome pictures of blackout's back. they where really helpful. Thank you!
And here is the improved back i think it's a little flat but i just finished my devastator MOC so i don't have any parts to fix it so that is the best i can do for now.

Sorry man, the mechs pretty good, a bit blocky, but the background and the blurriness are overwhelming me. 2/5
Hahaha! Yeah, this is one of my old mocs ( back when I didn't have a background and I used my iPhone to take the pictures). I'm going to build a new version of this for the mech contest. Complete with background, clear pictures, and less blocky features :) it's going to be EPIC!!
Mate, this is excellent, I thought your original version was excellent too though. Got to be honest mate, I think the posture of yours is better than mine, plus nothing moves on mine (except his fingers!).5/5.

Hey nice blackout could u send me the instructions?
my email is
unfortunatly I never made instructions for him or any of my other transformers but if you want to know how I build my arms and legs I can make some instructions for those. I use the same knees, ankles, hips, shoulders, elbows, and wrists on all my transformers, even devastator. So it should be easy to throw together some instructions for them.
Fantastic work here. Looks like a lot of time and effort went into this. You also payed a lot of attention to detail. This looks a lot like the one in the move. The shape, color, everything. Well done.
