roz's house
This is based on my sister's house. I started by going over and taking lots of pictures for references. It came out better than expected. I even added a dog house on the deck and a utility box on the side of the house.

Thanks for your comments and your tips. I wanna try to make a hummer and a few other stuff using LDD. I think the hardest will be making the chassis, but i will try. email me your address so we can keep in touch, and thanks again!!

Hey this is good ! Thanks for adding me as a favourite, and thanks for the comment on my Lotus :) You wanted to know how to make real cars and not just imaginary ones ? Well, it is harder of course as you can't just do your own thing... In most cases I've had to go by photos. My big 1/3 lamborghini is based off of a one-off concept car, and I've got very limited reference for it. The Bugatti and TVR were also copied from pictures I found on the internet. The lotus, on the other hand, I had a 1/18 diecast model of so that was excellent for reference, I could see the shape from all angles, and the interior and engine too. If you're planning on building some real cars, ut really helps having az model to copy from. Personnaly, though, I think anything smaller than 1/24 or even maybe 1/43 would be too small to give enough detail for good reference. I don't know how much I can help you really :) I just do what I do without thinking of it; maybe I'm just good at reproducing things I see in pictures, as I also do a lot of car drawings... Any more questions, just ask ! though there's nothing wrong whatsoever in making your own cars - it proves you have a good imagination ! Dan
