About this creation
Once again, a contest promoted by my LUG (Comunidade 0937) has made me build a MOC. The contest was for a vignette on a 6x8 or 8x8 base, so I decided the 8x9 grille plate was a good base for it. From there came the idea of LEGO-lizing the famous "dress scene" played by Marilyn Monroe.
Here's a video for context:

The hardest part of this MOC was the dress: I wanted something that would be recognizable, but still be close to a regular minifigure. The solution i came up with worked very well, but seriously compromised the stability of the torso. Let's just say this MOC works well on photos, but stops there. The slightest breeze would reek havoc on it...
