A Neotregon Rebellion outbreak erupts in the Central Plaza of City 40.
About this creation
MOC Background:

This was built for a contest being run on a small website, LEGO and More LEGO. The contest has not finished as of 1.17.06, as there are not nearly enough entries. The scene itself was fairly easy. The most difficult part was actually finding the right pieced and thinking of how to arrange everything. The creation had alot of inspiration from Keith Goldman and Paul Brassington (Fifth Conspiracy forever!).

Location Background:
City 40, Central Plaza, is a popular destination for the Saturday night crowd, due to its nice view of the ocean (Not pictured), casino (Bubble window, rest not pictured), and a very nice low-price restraunt. Beneath the plaza, however, is a Zalmoxis Top-Secret complex which keeps several highly-secure documents.

Location: Central Plaza of City 40, Magnus Prime (Gaea System)
Purpose of Event: Information Retrevial by Neotregon Special Operatives
Status (For Zalmoxis Directorate): Loss
Civilian Casualties: 0
Zalmoxis Casualties: 0
Neotregon Casualties: 1

Weapon Emplacements:
Imported Light Pulse Turrent (Used only during battle)

Remnant Arm MOC Background

Due to several unchecked foreigners and a border patrol on strike, a small squad of the Neotregon Rebellion has entered City 40's boundries. Attempting to capture highly secure documents, four Desert Rats (Slang for Neotregon Rebellion soldiers) were dispatched to take out the small Zalmoxis squad gaurding the City's Plaza. The rebellion began holding civilians civilians hostage in a restraunt at 16:03. Shortly afterwards, the Zalmoxis troops had a barricade set up and the city alarms had sounded to remain indoors. Civilians who were dining in the restraunt were escorted to a makeshift landing pad behind the plaza entrance. A Thunderbird Dropship arrived at 16:59 and evacuated the civilians from the combat zone. The City Plaza will remain closed down for the next 48 hours to inspect for other Desert Rats who may be in hiding. Several other disturbances like this one have erupted across other parts of Magnus Prime. Civilians are advised to stay indoors until the violence moves to a more rural location.

Overview. This is a little more colorful than I would've liked. But I suppose the color gives it more of a feel that it's a civilian plaza.

Neotregon Rebellion, not the evil you may believe it to be. The definition of bad and good is blurred much more than most think.

I don't know why people rated this so low. I like the turret. Check out my city!

Not bad. Not quite Paul Brassington, but you've got the spirit right! The model itself looks a little too... garbled. It actually looks a lot better in the black and white photo. Still, pretty cool.
