UNSC Peregrine
About this creation
The UNSC Peregrine is a ship that is similar to the Spartan Laser in that it costs a lot to make and packs a HUGE punch. Only 11 were made, 1 for every three spartans, even though they have rarely ever used them. The Peregrine was created to give ODSTs a safer landing (they often were killed before they hit the ground or as they stepped out of their HEVs. The peregrines purpose is to drop with the ODSTs straight into the action. While dropping it would fire its two "mini MACs" at the ground to pave the way for the ODSTs to step in. It will also fire its eight air-to-air missiles at any aerial Covenant as it passes them. Unfortunately the Peregrine weighs much more than a HEV so if it hit the ground it would surely be destroyed. To counter this it uses its four menueverable engines and its thrusters on its belly to slow the fall and change its course. After that it will either continue fighting with its leftover missiles and chingun or land and let its pilot/two passengers out to aid the ground force. During the battle of Reach all 11 of them were destroyed...

How did you like my backstory? Well this is my custom Halo vehicle...meaning its not real so don't go runnin around yelling "HERETIC HERETIC!"... This is the front view...

side view...

above view...

back the engines?...i do...

underneath... you can see the thrusters and the chin gun...

the door to get in......and out...

the cockpit....

Its supposed to look like and have the same role as a Peregrine should probably have seen a resemblence to a bird in a dive... if you haven't.....heres a comparison pic...
