You may have seen the LEGO 8295 telescopic handler, but now meet his little brother!
About this creation
This is telehandler one in a series of 2-4 micro construction creations that will be built mostly with similar pieces. This would be my first construction micro that I made when I was 11. For some time I layed off posting it and its tiny friends.
The boom is fully ajustable but unfortunately it is limited to only each "click" due to the piece that I used. On its lowest setting it can go right to ground level to pick up a 1x2 brick on its ‘forks’. Otherwise it can lift as much stuff as you can put on it.
Size and Detail
This lift is only four studs wide and is almost small enough for a technic figure to play with. Because it is so small I could only put so many pieces on the creation. For the size of the MOC the detail is moderate to good. (Currently I am thinking of redesigning it.)
I put together a nice little scene to show off the little machine.
Dont you just love the cute little 'microfigs'.
-Hey, there is a box missing
-I guess we will have to call in the telescopic handler
It is the lovable little brother of the lego® technic workhorse the telehandler

If you like Micro's, can I suggest perhaps a micro of perhaps a crane truck, something almost like old scholl legoland. You might have some fun with that. I will also build one to compare.
hhhmm old school...
i dont have many things from that era but i will try my best to make it look origonal! plus cranetruck is in the list
Nice. You did choose something pretty hard to model on such a small scale there mate, but to your credit its lines do represent the original quite well, its just like you said, not much to work with for details. Congratulations on your first post.
