A purist built General Grievous. It's more to-scaled and movie accurate than that of TLG's fatal design.
About this creation
I based my design heavily off that of Larry Lars' General Grievous. His design was fantastic, but I saw the need for a few improvements. ;) Differences include my addition of claw feet, white mechanical droid-arm legs, and two technic pieces below the torso.
The arms mechanical arms can be traded out to allow different types of attack poses.
The Droid General marching forward. I was very pleased with my design of his feet. They're actually surprisingly sturdy, and pose-able as you can see.
Another attack pose made possible through this design.
A comparison of my version to the official released Grievous.
The Droid General without his arms detached or weilding sabers. The dark bley claw pieces that his arms are attached to can be tilted upwards or downwards for even further pose-ability of the fig.
An exploded view for those of you who wish to have a better designed Grievous than the official fig. ;)
Another great one, Kevin! My favorite part has to be spine-like piece coming out of his toilet se – I mean, collar bone ;) Not long ago I also made a purist Grievous... If you can, check it out @: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/94363
Thanks, and great job on this!
