VDS Light Airborne Tank
Vigilance Defense Systems now brings the Light Airborne Tank to the front. The LAT is a semi-advance unit that is capable of being dropped from a fair-sized aircraft aircraft. Also, it is only crewed by one because of the advanced control and communication units. However, given the sized, the Light Airborne Tank carries a very limited amount of ammunition. Still, the amount carried is generally enough to accomplish what is need. The armament consist of a 105 mm cannon and a .50 cal. MG.
About this creation

LATs feature the same VLS as the ABT.

LAT scaled with an engineer.

Note: This is a rather dated creation that was never posted. Please forgive the poor quality of the photos and overall presentation.

Awesome, huge inspiration for me. That track design is definitely the way to go, I'll almost certainly use that on my tank.

Nice job. Very similiar to your pervious tank. I like the color scheme, but the white barrel and brown treads are a bit distracting, I guess the tracks are all muddy and the barrel was covered in sunscreen? Anywho, I like the turret and nice job overall.

Good work, but as always, those bright brown treads clash with the rest.

Yeah, unfortunately the treads need some serious beefing up and the MOC doesn't look as good as the others in your line.....

Good, a new version would look great, but keep it at this size. It just seems practical that the VDS would keep it small so that they could create them for a cheaper price and produce more of them. Unlike my A.N. Standard Armoured tank, which is big and expensive, so less are made.

Quoting Fizzy Poppers Oh, it must have been some kind of variation of this http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/121476 since it was also made in March. Have you checked out any of my recent stuff? I did a bunch of bad Halo stuff, and I'll probably delete ity, but I still am unsure...
This was the prototype for the ABT; of which will be re-done in the near future. Anyhow, I've seen your creations, just haven't commented. Sorry. I'll do that now.

Quoting Fizzy Poppers Not bad, but the overall design needs some work. First off, the four treads on the side need to bulk up a bit. Make it a bit bulkier, try using a SNOT idea with some thin base=plates. Second of all, smooth out the middle of it. It looks a bit blocky, and just dosen't exactly look as good as it should be. But I do like the small design, it's very inspiring. The cannon is great, and it's just so unique. It's good to see you building again, and keep it up!
I agree with you. However, editing this won't happen. This creation actually dates back to March; go figure. I just never posted it and I suppose I forgot to add the footnote saying so. None-the-less, thank you for your comment and suggestions.
