The Pelican alternative, the DTC-79 special-ops Raven.
About this creation
U.N.S.C. DTC-79 Ravens were the special-ops alternate as the UNSC Pelican. Ravens were smaller, had better armor, and were produced in smaller quantities. Ravens had two "Shredder" anti-personal rockets and two "Flanker" anti-armor missiles. Also, a 50-cal. machine-gun could be attached to the rear ramp.
Ravens were used in the Inner Colonies, and saw heavy action in New Mombasa, were their "Flanker" missiles were the scrounge of Wraiths, and occasionally, Scarabs.
Ravens could seat seven soldiers in their troop bay. Inside the troop bay there were zip lines, med packs, a fire extinguisher, and a computer terminal, where squad leaders could access up-to-the-minute battlefield information.

We all know TLC's ethics, but Halo Legos would be a HUGE hit. I was thinking, why doesn't the Lego company create a branch specializing in stuff for teens and AFOL? They wouldn't be directly related to the Lego Company, and then we would have WWI/II, HALO, etc. sets and pieces all in the right color and shape. Just give the new branch a name, and BAM! profits would jump for Lego.
I like it, by the way in answer to what you said above: The LEGO company already has made a line for teens and adults, its called TECHNIC.
