Mygeeto Diorama
The battle of Mygeeto!
About this creation

The battle rages on the bridge....

Here's the clones on the bridge. The bridge is completly SNOT.

The left side of the battle.

The right side.

Another view of the right side.

Some old skeleton leaning on a wall.

And here's the whole thing!

Quoting eighty oh OK, I was just pointing out what I saw wrong with it before I read the previous comments. Sorry. ;) Anyways, here are links to a page that documents all the sets with 1x4, 1x6, and 1x8 tiles: http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/2431 http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/6636 http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/4162 Hope that helps, because whether or not "the mixing greys doesn't bother me", it's generally looked down upon in the MOCing scene. ;)
oh, I never knew it was such a big deal.

Quoting eighty oh It's basically lots of minifigs on a baseplate with a bridge in the middle; at least that's what I see. I'd remedy this by providing, as someone said, a suitable background, i.e. a white paper or a white box lid, which would definitely improve the ambiance and look of the MOC. :) You scattered random pieces on the ground to look like rubble; I suppose that's OK. I would try and stick to grey and not do too many colors, and maybe put a crashed vehicle burning with some flame bricks in one area to make it look more realistic. But what bugs me most about this MOC is the bridge: you managed to make it entirely studless, but the problem is the fact that you did what kills so many good MOCs: you mixed greys! :o NEVER mix greys, unless you have a really good excuse; in my view that road would look fine in only new dark grey and new grey, but mixing them makes it look, I'm sorry to say, uglier. However, it's a good start, and I hope my comment was useful. Keep building and keep improving! :)
as I said a couple comments down, I took these pics a while ago, but from now on I'll be using a white background. and I have very limited smooth pieces, so mixing grays really doesn't matter to me. and I pretty much did scatter pieces arfound the ground, but I think it gives a good rubble effect.

ok first take these pictures with a solid white background. The other things in the way will detract from the build. You could use paper or something like the back of a big poster. Also SNOT is not what you used here. This is just smooth tiles. SNOT is when you build with the pieces on their side using the sides as a smooth top. SO you would be building backwards and forwards with this effect. The clones are alright. Could you comment on my custom rebel commandos?

Nicley done, Cody! I like the studdless bridge, however, Kir's right, try to put some white paper behind it next time. I will give this four out of five, nice battle set up! And cool build!

Neat. Looks good. I like the details. And also, SNOT IS studless tiles. Just look at the maker of SNOT's MOCs. So, great work! Keep it up, Blade

they're supposed to be phase 2 501st clones, not stormies. but thanks for the comment!

cool. i like the studless work on the bridge. (that isn't snot) maybe you should have added a little more details on the ground. like maybe a little barricade. btw, please dont mix clones and stormies it makes my head hurt. (jk!) :P

cool man!! your best diorama! but the only prob is that SNOT is 'studs not on top' not 'studs covered up by smoothy flatty pieces'. Its ok though. :) 5/5!!! Keep it up Cody! *Commander Flare*
