Yankee forces are still creating trouble in the British protectorate of Nadul.
In the province of Baskabir, Yankee attacks have been heavy. As a result the British forces have been stretched thin and reinforcements sent to assist have seen a lot of action.
A 2nd (Sikh) Battalion platoon of lancers attached to the 1st Battalion, The Royal Tabnerian Rifles, has been deployed to the area to conduct fast sweeps and recces.
Upon receiving word of a Yankee platoon-sized attack on the village of Haskan; the British area commander Captain Allen decides that fast action is needed.
While the enemy has not been seen in more than platoon strength he knows that they must be more numerous. Allen orders a company strength column to march from the Fort at Abu Han. In the meantime he takes the lancers to Baskabir to search for the attackers.
They find and track the Yankees, who are on the move, for two days. When the Yankee platoon stops wearily to rest at the ruins at Sakhla Oasis, Captain Allen decides to attack.
Hiding behind the terrain, the lancers form up. CHARGE!
