In the fictional French town of St. Coup Bateau, Lt. Martin's mixed unit of some 82nd Airborne soldiers and lost 90th Infantry ones try to take Coup Bateau.Coup Bateau is a fctional town in rural France, so don't say that Coup Bateau is not a real town.
About this creation
"MG42, left side, go up the middle while Johnson and Alvarez provide covering fire... Go."
(MG fire) "Grenade!" Giotto the medic tries to avoid it but always had bad luck.
"AAAAAAAGGGHH! My guts! HELP!! AAAGH!"
"Wait! You're OK! Stay calm!"
It's kinda ironic that a medic who has been holding guts since 1943 now has his intestines coming out of his waist.
"Get that bazooka onto that MG, now!"
"Got it!"
"Lieutenant, are you OK?"
"Yeah, just a scratch."
Lt. Martin's squad took Coup Bateau that day, but lost one of his men. Stay tuned for another episode of Tales of the 82nd!
