Concha Summer Home
A glorious get-a-away for the loving couple.
About this creation
Hi Iím Allison and besides being incredible gorgeous, I will be show casing you the beautiful Concha Summer Home. Letís take a stroll.

This is the front of the house. Itís a little plain but nothing a good landscaper couldnít fix. The front door is actually temporary. The contractor has commissioned a glass door of beach glass, but the builders are still following college beach parties for enough glass. Moving on!

The roof. The house was almost built for the roof. The shell layout gives the house a strong connection to the beach and a comforting homey feel. It can easily be converted to a solar collecting roof for the eco friendly people. The other side is prettier though.

This side. The only major feature is the deck, but Iíll tell more about that later. The sloping wall is an essential feature for inside. Youíll see. Keep up!

Ah, the Eastern face. It is such the beauty. The large window just maximize the Atlantic sunrise. Youíll see the view when we go in.

This is the roof. As I promised it is much better than the other side. The glass helps illuminate the room below even after morning. It helps with energy costs.

Here we are coming around to the Southern face. As it is connected to a long beautiful deck to your beach. There are 3 doors as you can see. One for the utilities room for moving any appliances in and out. One from the bathroom. Change than come out. And one out of the living room.

This is the out side shower. Just outside the bathroom exit.

It is modeled after a crashing wave. Walk into the open area to shower and have the wall low enough to see all around you but high enough for those around not to see all of you.

Letís go in. I know youíve been waiting for that.

This is the entrance hallway. Nothing too fancy, just hard wood floor to welcome you home.

This is the kitchen. Itís a nice cozy kitchen. Room enough to cook and have a small table.

The utility room hosts the circuit breaker and if you wish to add a washer and dryer, recommended to go here. Decent room and the thick walls keep the sound down.

The lovely bathroom. Peace and cleanliness for those times when youíre bowels are the opposite.

This is the grand living room. So much space it is simple to drool over. Very spacious. Well lit with natural sunlight. Very comfortable. Plenty of opportunity for furniture dťcor.

The grand windows of the grand living room. Perfectly clean to give you absolute view of the ocean and the beach. Including that streaker there. Sorry.

Now to go upstairs.

One bedroom. The house was designed and built for a coupleís summer get away. The room is a little tight but I bet you wouldnít mind snuggling up closer to your love one every night.

And the porch. My absolute favorite feature. The wall does get in the way a little but the freshness of it all just surpasses that. Standing out here, holding your lover close watching and listening to the crashing ocean as the sun sets behind you.

Well I hope you enjoyed the tour if you have any further questions about the Concha or any other work please contact. Thank you.
