Well I've origionally had built and taken pictures of this mech probably about 3 months ago, but i got caught up with the WinterMoc Olympics, but i finally got it posted!
About this creation
Before i start off, I'd just like to say a HUGE thanks to Moodswim for his opinions and helpful tips for the building of this mech, it helped alot!
Also, I would have had more pics of this mech and its details but unfortunately it had been completely destroyed by a younger sibling before i could attempt to do so.
If you have looked at my U.T.M Disrupter Jet, you will know about ROBO CORP, a secret company that aids the U.T.M (United Terrain Military)in building weapons, mechs and the such. Well ROBO CORP has come up with the all new U.T.M//ROBO CORP Civil Mech named Goad.
This mech provides excellent support for the infantry and other vehicles and is great for long-range combat. He carries a Crossbolt Rifle gun and 2 Hydro-plasmic cannons, both with excellent range capabilities. Also, he has a Jet booster system which enables to fly in the air for a short period of time.
Thanks for looking and Please rate and comment! :)
Goad is able to wield a blade from each of his arms for melee combat.
Goad's ROBO CORP Logo plated chest opens up to shoot out 6 missiles. I would have shown a picture of this but as i have said earlier, this mech got destroyed before i could take any more detailed photos.
Here you can see the Crossbolt Rifle gun that Goad uses, and the 2 Hydro-plasmic cannons he has over his shoulders. Both of these weapons were built especially for Goad by ROBO CORP.
An overhead angled shot, notice the wing system attatched to Goad, he uses this to fly short distances.
Initially, I wasn't too thrilled by this because of the weapons. To be honest, I don't really like them. But the mech itself is fantastic! I love the build for it, but perhaps the back seems a bit bare? Great work with it.
Just a reminder that tomorrow (the 10th) is time for judging in the Brick-Olympics: http://www.mocpages.com/group.php/9430
Please be there tomorrow (the 10th) and post your scores. If you don't make it by tomorrow, don't worry and don't bother to come late. The votes that come in on the 10th are the only ones we need. So I repeat, please do not come and vote late.
Yours in LEGOZ,
