An interceptor used by the Zalmoxis Directorate in my Sci-Fi universe, the Remnant Arm.
About this creation
The Epsilon-07 Interceptor is most often used alongside the much larger Night Phoenix Heavy Assault Fighters during military strikes. High ranking officials of the Directorate are often accompanied by upgrade versions of the interceptors. They are not particularily famous fr winning any battles, but they are certainly some of the better assisting craft. As an interceptor, it doesn't require as many weapons as the larger craft of the Directorate.

2 Medium Type-3 Pulse Cannons
1 Dual-Barrel Type-1 Pulse Gun

27 Studs Long (At Longest Point)
23.5 Studs Wide (At Widest point)
11 Studs High (When Landed)
12 Studs High (WHen Flying)

Other Features:
Medium Armor
Landing Gear
Small Storage Space
Tracking Sensor
2 Manuevering Thrusters
1 Primary Engine

Builders Note:
I built this about a week ago for use in my new Warhammer 40k/Brikwars-esque game (Remnant Arm: Stormfront). It started out as a vehicle for use in the Firefly universe, but quickly became a Zalmoxis Directorate fighter. Although it is a somewhat unoriginal design, I think it serves it's purpose well. I updated it yesterday (5-12-06) by adding more details, such as fins and a proper engine.

3/4 Shot. I got Paintshop working, so resizing doesn't take as long as it used to.

   Comin at cha!

This shot makes it look similiar to the Pyro GL from Descent 3.

   Deh bohtom.

The small, but perfectly fine, primary engine.

Guess what? I don't mind studs. Whee.

   XOMG. The fins go DOWN?!

The Dark Blue things are maneuvering thrusters. That's a funny word, maneuvering.

Yes, I added a landing gear. Surprised? You should be.

Where was this last night? Outside your bedroom window.

It sort of looks like an unsure face of a robot.

   They call him... "Nacho Verde".

   Ask your mom.

There is an SMG behind his head.

I mixed bley and grey to make it seem old. After all, it is an Epsilon-07, whereas the newest is the Epsilon-32.

   Landing gears down!

It could use a little "sturdifying," if you know what I mean, but otherwise I love it. Could you please post or send me instructions for it? If I post pictures of your craft or any modifications thereof, I will give you due credit. My email is

Coolio! I don't know why, but I just really like the shape of this ship. The angle of the wings and guns, and the way the fins fold back. I think it all fits together very well and makes for one heck of a cool looking fighter. The front end is a bit large and flat, but I don't think it detracts that much from the overall appeal.

"Very Good", but not "Excellent". The reason: too flat in the front. Everything else seems to be fine.

Hey, it's Mathieu from SSLF. I don't think this was one of your best jobs Crusty, you could've done better, even though it was supposed to be too old. It seems TOO junky and TOO plain. A little smoothing up wouldn't be too bad for an old fighter. There's you're suggestive review.
