The build is lovely, of course, but I find myself overcome with envy at the lighting and photography. I frustrate myself just trying to get barely decent plain shots.
Thanks! I'm a film-maker at hearts so I see the world as though its a scene of a movie, so photography comes naturally... This was way back in the day when I only had my cell-phone to take photos with. If I had your building skill combined with what I can fake and hide with photography and lighting, well I'd take over the world! I've been meaning to revisit some of these old mocs now that my building skill has improved, and try them again to see what I can produce... maybe I'll try that instead for my 1st anniversary moc... my other idea fell flat yesterday. TOO ambitious...
Everyone's a critic! Look guys, Nosferatu was getting sick and tired of hearing 'Hey Baldy' and 'Look, it's Mr. Clean', so he picked up the phone and called the Hair Club For Men. He's not just a client, he ate the president. As for the cape, you're all just jealous. Love the camera work and the mood is perfect. Now, add some more building and this has the making of a wonderful series.~H

Maybe I'm to much of a purist, but Count Orlock was bald. Points for the lighting effects, though. Still, the thing feels more like Béla Lugosi than Max Schreck. 4/5.
Absolutely he was bald. Bald and ugly with long fingernails and no cape... he was also not made out of lego. My work tends to be 3% inspiration and 97% artistic licence. Also I just love that Dracula minifig too much!
Now there's a proper vampire! Mr. Cullen just doesn't measure up to Vampires like this one. Great series of vigs. I haven't seen the movie yet, but this is pretty convincing! I really like your photography for this one as well because it feels like one of those old horror movies. Great work!
This does a really nice job of capturing the starkness, and the creepy shadowing effects of the original black and white film. I've often thought of doing a series of dios, in sepia or black and white, of the old moster classics. LOVE it!!!
