Explorien EX-P2 Starfighter
An Explorien Starfighter
About this creation
This remake of my original Explorien ship, which I constructed a while ago, is quite an improvement. It's not great, but I just thought I'd stick it online, as it has been sitting on my shelf for sometime, and I wanted to take pictures of it before bits of it got taken off for other MOcs and stuff... you know how it is.

Here is the ship, which has a quite interesting design. I quite liked the way the wing shape turned out.

The ship's engines - it took me some time to get this 3-stud-wide engine dead in the centre with the wings and fuselage around it. But I got there in the end.

My pitiful attempts to include SNOT on the ship are shown here. Normally, I wouldn't bother, only these days, everthing seems to lose points for being too studdy, or lack of SNOT. So there you go.

Front view. This ship also has an unusual method of opening.

First, you lift up these side bits - cool huh?

Then you open the roof. Nice and impractical.

The windscreen can be removed to reveal the pilot. Is a screen in a spaceship even called a windscreen? I'sn't it a Spacescreen, cockpit-screen, something?

Here's Mr. Caleb's-only-Explorien and his Robot Chum.

Good, the wings remind me of Scorp's Valkyrie. Nice. :)
