Well, I don't really know what to call it for the title, but this is what I came up with. This is the biggest thing I've ever done, so I apologize for some of the horrible pictures. I am glad that I had enough clear pieces to make this work though. Hope you enjoy!
About this creation
In the land of random people, there has been a rebellion. An evil leader has arisen, promising prosperity for all. He, however, is planning to rule the land after it has been conquered, and choke the land with extremely strict laws that will wreak havoc throughout the country. We, alone, must stop them. Commence operation mild extinction....
Here is the overall view of the battlefield, you can see mainly every thing here, except for picture clarity. =P I can't believe I actually had a plant piece and enough clear pieces to do this.
This here is a shot of the battlefield with the most action. I really like this shot. This is my first time ever making wrecked buildings, and I like how they turned out. I don't really like the white building though. Its not in this shot but I thought I'd mention it.
The air-troopers' view of the battlefield. This was a horrible picture because of the white walled hospital. Do you think I should have used the white background for this?
This picture is a little better, it's the rebels' view of the field. As you can see, 0975 is closing in on the kill...
This is a shot of Joe Shmoe watching Crossbow Joe take a hit. He must be glad he's hidden behind a wall.
This is a shot of a stolen E.A.F Avenger, with its miniscule fortress. It is their main piece of artillery, the rest they make up for in number. We'll get back to it later.
This here is a action shot of Buzzsaw Louie and Hatchet. I have no idea what Buzzsaw Louie is waiting for, but at least hatchet is looking active.
Another shot of the E.A.F avenger. I had to take some pieces off of it because I needed some pieces that it had. Hopefully it will suffice.
An over head view of the makeshift hospital and the E.A.F avenger. I wish I had some more grey pieces, but hey, what can you do. Unless of course you are rich, which I am not.
This is a closeup of Paul Bunyan (no, not the big guy) being a daredevil balancing on the roof of the demolished building.
This is a snapshot of D.J., balancing on a large hunk of rubble. His helmet is a fireman's helmet cut up and filed and colored. I am not entirely a purist, although I like to stick along those lines. It looks sorta like a workman's helmet.
And this is the unfortunate dead guy whose legs got severed from his body when the building got blown up. *moment of silence* Well, now that thats over, we can go back to stuff now.
I really like this shot, its a shot of the 0999 Air Trooper flying over a building. Probably one of the clearest shots I've taken so far...
And this here is 0977, my first air trooper. He used the most clear pieces of all of them, and still didn't fly to high. But it gives the effect, so it's all good.
A pic of 0975, my latest trooper. He is just sorta just cruisin pretty close to the ground, like a low rider. =D
Here is the hospital scene, with nurse Kris and scarface. The nurse got the water from the pump in the left corner. Scarface's hand got chopped off during combat, and he had to be dragged back to the hospital; he was in such pain. Of course, it will all be over soon...
Parts of the set without the minifigs. I had to leave the dead guy in there, I would have wrecked the building had I tried to get him out. This was the first building I built.
This is the side of the building with the most detail, I did little grates on the side. Maybe this place was a former prison.
An over view of the building. I liked the overhanging wreckage, so there is plenty in all of the buildings.
This is another building I made, and, well, you get the idea. I added a lightpost just because I'm that way.
Here you can get a better view of the lightpost, and some of the detail on the front. You can also catch a glimpse of my electric guitar in the background. ROCK ON, PEOPLE!!!!
Another view of the building.
The E.A.F avenger without Frank Furter and the other rebels.
Here is the hospital, with the makeshift beds and everything. Even the pump.
All the rebels. This was before they were massacred, of course.
Thank you so much for viewing. Please rate and comment, constructive criticism is welcome.
Waff, how could you do such a thing? Where the caption reads: "An over view of the building. I liked the overhanging wreckage, so there is plenty in all of the buildings." I spotted two Mega Bloks. Tsk tsk. Hahaha. Didn't have the right parts I take it? Anyway, pretty good for a first big thing. I'd suggest working on the landscape a bit as well as the main gun. (The wheel for a trigger looks strange.) Other than that, I hope you make another big battle scene.
