She Devil 3
If hell were a company then Satanica would be middle management dreaming of being the boss. To the upper level demons, whose place she wishes to take, she is seen as a sycophantic fawning lackey, but beneath this subservient guise lurks a cunning and ruthless schemer.
From her secret throne in the depths of hell she plots her conquest of hell using the hordes of twisted lower level demons and captured human souls she has twisted with her magic.
About this creation
A couple of shots of the She-Devil ruling her circle of hell from her marble throne.
A couple of shots with the blue demon, partly in an attempt to add a little virtual diorama, and also to demonstrate comparative sizes. The original idea was that the She-Devil is a minion of the Blue Demon being instructed on her next target. But it's entirely up to you whether you want to add your own interpretation.
I've tried with this design to make her more feminine in appearance.
To do this she has much smaller limbs than the other she-devil designs which to me seemed a little too bulky.
She also has no tail and a smaller head. Due to the way the hips are designed and the pelvic area, it was almost impossible to add the same tail as the other demon designs.
Her staff was originally going to be a pitchfork styled spear. But I went with the more mage like wand/staff as I felt it added a little character to the design.
Also to make her seem more feminine, I've rounded the shoulders slightly and made the feet much smaller than the other demon designs.
Originally she had claws on both her feet and hands, but this made them too big and I wanted to exude "petite" to emphasise she was female.
Though she has a lot in common with my CyberAgent designs, her arms and legs operate a different system to form the elbow and shoulder joints. This was necessary to make the limbs slimmer and to keep them in the right proportion to the body.
I didn't bother with the "double knee" or "chicken" legs this time, I actually think she looks better as a result and most likely a lot easier to stand if made from real bricks.
One final point, her chest area is actually hollow. This allows for the shoulders to swivel inward. Thus lowering her shoulders slightly and giving them that rounded appearance. This feature could be adapted into a transformer design, I will have to experiment and see what I come up with.
