Slapped together by one of the Enterprisers for the 2010 MOC-Athalon category 'CloneWars'
About this creation

Right... so there you have it! My Clone Wars Episode. So much work went into this thing, it's a surprise I'm not a Clone Wars fan-boy! I mean... I didn’t even like the prequels!
Then why did I put so much effort and love into something I don't give a dang about? Well... When JD Luse informed me that he posted a 'CloneWars' MOC I laughed in his face. But after actually looking over the build he had posted, I came to a certain conclusion. Even if someone doesn't care for a certain theme, they can build something so cool, it doesn't matter if the theme isn't one of your favorites. So there you have it. Besides, the aspect of having my entry judged up against JD Luse's was too much to handle. (Our competitive spirit goes way back...
Right, so where did I get inspiration if I don't like the prequels and don't watch 'CloneWars'? Well... I'm a gamer, and while digging through a box of my PC games, I came across a copy of Republic Commando "What the heck?" I said, as I slid the 'shrink-wrap' from it's jewl-case, "Let's give it a try, and hope for the best!" And then I promptly sat and played an hour's worth... Neat game. A bit darker and grittier then your average Star Wars prequel (Which is good) and I discovered that one of the commandos (Delta 62 - Scorch ) was voiced by Raphael Sbarge , the same guy who voiced Carth Onasi in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (I and II), which is one of my favorite video games ever.
Anyways, I must confess, also, that the MOCs of Keith Goldman were a big inspiration for the corridor scenes, and this story wouldn't have been in such a comic form, if it wasn't for Saber-Scorpion 's ... Actually, I can't think of a MOC or comic that while working on it, I don't ask myslef "What would Keith do?" or "What would Scorp do?" Yes - yes I am a fan-boy... heh...
And yes, there were other forms of inspiration. They are as follows:
The Penguins Christmas Caper This 'Old Republic trailer'
And, my brother. Because without his fan-boy love for the Star Wars Clones and his incessant pestering about small things that 'Weren't right' this thing would never have turned out as well as it did. Well... if you've even read this whole thing, thanks go out to you too! Thanks!
This is probably my grand - finale post for the 2010 MOC-Athalon, since I have no faith that I'd be able to build something in less then 24 hours (When the contest ends...) So, until next time, Folks!

I LOVE IT could you do another?
Hey - thanks for reading it! And no... probably not. I had fun with all the editing and writing (As horrendous as the writing for this story was!) But it was a lot of work... and I'm not a fan of the SW clones... In short: Nah, I won't be waltzing down this path again, but thanks for the comment.
My word! I thought this would never load! But, thankfully, it did. Nice builds, photoshopping, writing, photography,...It was just overall great! Congrats on getting 3 five point scores on this so far!
Nicely done, and the best I have seen in this category to date. Not too much violence, with the focus on the soldiers, which is nice to see. Lovely builds and nice photography too; this all adds up to five (5) points. Lee.
