USS Yorktown CV-10
USS Yorktown CV-10 Took about a month to complete, has dive bombers, fighters, and torpedo bombers on her flight deck. Used little dots for people to add scale. Total length is 6 feet, I lost track on how many parts.

This ship.s greatest problem is the lack of photos. It does not have any good photos of the whole ship.

Great ship. Just a humble suggestion, try a big light blue bed sheet for a background next time. I shoot photos outside because natural light really makes things look better and I applaud you for doing that. But the background takes away from what is a really great ship. I have opted for a painted background, but my fire engines are about 1/30th the size of this ship. You used a sheet for the West Virginia, but that was inside. If you put the better background with the natural light I think that you will have some really amazing photos or some really great ships. I also like the fact that you tell us something about the ships. History and Legos are awesome together. Keep up the great work!

Great LEGO moc. I love the big ships in LEGO. I'm making the USS Yorktown CV10 in 1"/108" scale. What scale is your Yorktown? Are all of your ships the same scale? Keep up the great work! :-)

I have had a problem down loading pictures onto this site. I have originally tried to do eight pictures, but I always end up with only three. I will try to download more. Thank you for your comments, I love building with lego, and seeing others work. It is inspiring to hear and see from others.

btw, your neighborhood looks like you fly attacks from your carrier against them. Have they all moved away? ;-)

uh, once again. You build a model for months and take pictures in minutes. Please take your time to make some (more) and nice pictures. People (thats me :) like to see more more more more of those great MOCs which took such an effort to be completed. Overall it looks great (perhaps the planes are not worth the ship but I rate the ship, not the planes). I wanna see more !! (sic!)

Nice, great model, do you do this professionally? If so, what would you charge? This model is one of the first I have seen that looks real.
