A giant hammer designed to crush objects with powerful graviton shockwaves.
About this creation
The G-Shock Hammer (Graviton-Shockwave Hammer) is an incredibly powerful weapon that was designed as a compliment and potential replacement for the Gravity Wave Amplification Tool (Gravity Driver).
The G-Shock Hammer generates massive amounts of gravitons which are then
emitted from the forward hammer head in a massive shockwave. These shockwaves
are capable of crushing all but the most resilient of materials.
Oddly, because of the shockwave "cushion" between the target object and the hammer, the hammer does not actually come into contact with the target. This, however, does not mean the hammer cannot be used like an actual hammer. The G-Shock Hammer is more than capable of smashing and bashing enemies with its physical might alone.
The G-Shock Hammer gets better mileage than the Gravity Driver, so to speak. Whereas the Driver can be used only once before requiring a recharge, the Hammer can be used a few times thanks to major improvements in capacitor technology.
Using the Hammer requires interfacing with the Connector Arm first. The Connector Arm contains various computer systems responsible for controlling the Hammer as its systems are a lot more complicated than the Driver's.
And yes, the Connector Arm *can* be shot like rocket fist too. This method of attack is known as the "Shockwave Magnum" and, like the Buster Magnum, doesn't work quite properly. It is decently powerful though.
The Connector Arm. This design is definitely getting recycled for another yellow mecha(noid).
Hub connected to the Connector Arm. Notice how big it is compared to the standard arm.
Hub holding the hammer in front of itself. It's a really big hammer.
Duel-wielding the G-Shock Hammer and Gravity Driver because Hub can.
Goldion Hammer clone obviously. Couldn't pass up the chance to make one especially since it looks pretty cool in my opinion. Sadly, the hammer is too heavy to be pose-able, at least with Hub's arm joints.
I might try making my on version of Goldymarg some time too.
No clue why Hub's equipped with an empty knife pauldron....
