Tracy's Nidoqueen for April
About this creation
Nidoqueen has changed a great deal over the years. Her proportions have slowly elongated. My Nidoqueen sits somewhere in the middle of the timeline. Because it's how I roll, I made it as close to minifig scale as possible. Did you know Nidoqueen is supposed to be SHORTER than an average person?! That's just wrong.

I was trying to use a helmet visor for an open jaw all month and I was failing. With only a couple days left, I decided it would never work and I'd have to settle for something else. Worked out nicely anyway. She looks pretty heavy, doesn't she?

I swear I have commented on this at least twice in the past... anyways this is probably one of the best PokéMOCs I have seen. You nailed this creature head on, and the spikes on the back look excellent. I hope you will do some more Pokémon in the future!

Amazing, You make the best Mini Fig to Scale Accurate Pokemon I've ever seen. Can you possibly make a Pikachu? I always loved having a Pikachu follow me around in the Original Games.

I just added a piece that makes it so you can't see right through that crack. I'll update as soon as a get the jaw and right arm in the right colors.

Creative use of the bricks! And the fact that it's minifigure scale is awesome! ;)

Awesome work Tracy. The height restrictions didnt leave you lacking on any detail. -Sam

Great job! The head is excellent, and it looks heavy indeed. About the height of the Pokemon, I agree with you. I'm playing a Pokemon LARP, and one of my friends would be taller than his Charizard; therefore I don't use the "original" height at all.
