Sauron, evil ruler of Mordor, also known as the All-Seeing-Eye, the Necromancer, and the Dark Lord, is the main antagonist in the Lord of the Rings. He created most of the rings of power, including the One Ring.

About this creation

This is the only time I made a custom of a figure larger than a mini-fig. I used one of the larger technic figures as the base of my Sauron.

Sauron"s distinctive helm. This is actually the figure's head modified with cut sheet plastic and, believe it or not, toothpicks.

Sauron's armor is made up of patching tape and iron on patches for the cape.

Sauron's mace, this is the weapon he carried in the opening of the Lord of the Rings : The Fellowship of the Ring (the only movie we actually see Sauron's body).

This is a little vignette of Sauron smashing his way through the Gondorian army to get to Elendil, king of the Numenorians.
