Mazilres the Malrezeth
My FINAL entry to the one and only Bionicle Display's Best Bionicle Combiner's contest! So here he is Mazilres the Malzereth! (Try saying that ten times fast.)
About this creation

Malrezeth are a rarely seen, hulking, ape-like inhabitant of Jogner Nui. Deciding to spend their entire lives in the dark coolness of the earth.

The Malrezeth's enormous claws act as hooks as they swing from roots, and as chisels when they carve their cavernous homes in the ground. Despite their brutish, rough appearance, the Malrezeth is a harmless beast, rarely harming it's surroundings and only feeding on a vegetarian diet of roots and tubers. When a farmer's crops are growing poorly, it's a sign of the Malrezeth's occupancy right below their gardening patch. But all tribes-people are happy to share with the quiet group primates.

When frightened by either an earthquake, eruption, or tremors, the Malrezeth's body splits into four separate entities, which all scamper and crawl in different directions, this way, there is a better chance of surviving a rock slide. If one arm is lost, it still lives. Each Melrezeth has a specific identifying smell, which makes it possible for the different parts to find each other again after danger has passed.

This is it's back, if you look in the middle, you can see the traces of the legs of one of it's combiners.

A top view of it's back.

These are it's four combiners, all seperated.

This is it's one-eyed head.

A side shot, rather cute isn't it?

The legs fold backwards..

Creating smooth sides.

These are Mazilres' arms.

A front shot.

A side shot.

When turning it back into an arm, you connect these together, securing the forearm, just detach and fold them up to turn into a being.

The second step is the fold the front arms into it's shoulders.

So it looks like this.

Now this is his body! I made the body the last, it was also the hardest part to work out.

When combining, just stand him on his hands,

Fold back his legs, tuck his chin down,

And voila! He's ready to be attached to!

The arms attach by a pin on their stomach and the head attaches to the body "butt" with his tail!
