House of the prime government
Safely tucked into the shield of earth, The House has many quarters for ambassadors and rooms for any alien ambassadors to show up in the near future
About this creation
The colonial federation has been the backbone of the human race for nearly 500 years... oh wait, history time!!!

The forerunner to the colonial federation was the superstate Terra, when America, Russia, Canada and China and asian countries agreed a merger to prevent a nuclear war, This merger did stop a nuclear war. but The European Union Also agreed a merger with countries from the middle east and a new superstate 'Europia' came into power, Europia much smaller than Terra. declared war and for the next 30 years the titans clashed, Defeat came when relations with african governments became uneasy until Europia sent an invasion to gain territory in attempt to size up. This was the worst defeat in the history of Europia as Terra had already had Strong alliances with africa and the invasion prompted the african merger into Terra. Central america and South america Declared themselves neutral until the last 6 years of the war, Until they Joined Terra. Europia now had every continent ready to destroy them, They made the choice to join Terra.

Terra then spent 50% of their income on developing their ever so ascent in the space race, this technology allowed the large iron resources in the core of earth, foreseeing the construction of the six planetary rings, These six rings generated a shield over earth and several thousand MAC Cannons were installed. Free from fear of an alien invasion the first Colony ships were built and left earth, Each planet was re-named after countries or states that were once separate from Terra, but colony ships took several hundred years to reach pre-navigated planets that have been scanned for human compatibility, Trade between colonies were EXTREMELY difficult until one colony, Singapore had sent a ship to earth using hyperspeed technology, it took several weeks to reach earth and though obvious human design, the ship was nearly destroyed until it sent an FFI (friend/foe indicator) to earth, this new leap in human strength and the hyperspeed was improved upon. Now each government of each planet now had amazing contact with one another and trade rose to new economic levels within days
Order within these territories needed to be maintained. the Colonial Government was formed and rules until this day

... thats the history for y'all (you better of not skipped that, the Emperor knows all...((not realy)))

The house of the prime government is a meeting place for each president/monarch of each colony and the prime government manages the navy, army, diplomacies with alien races soon to be encountered. The prime government has a large part on each government of each planet. Major bills are to be sent forth to the President to be accepted. anything that could danger the security of the federation must be brought to the President as well with a fully detailed briefing report. As territory is so big, the prime government keeps tight watch on each planet through sneaky espionage. though while its military is based across the world, they tend to be "out of the way" and planets use there own colonial militias and police departments for self defence and only call upon the governments armies when needed.

oh yes, the president. weep in joy.. your not weeping!
